What’s the difference (in law) between phone hacking and video evidence ? In the tommy sheriden trial there was video evidence used by the notw so y is it against the law to phone hack as they are very similar are they not ?

One of the conditions of probation forces John to maintain a 100ft distance from any Law Enforcement Officer performing their “lawful” duty. This was the evidence video taken by the Big Brother camera at the corner of Church St, where the incident took place. John’s camera and his video evidence of Officer Adam Gruler’s excessive force remains missing.

How do I stand suing someone through a small claims civil court for breaking a verbal [oral] contract?
I have no contract signed by us both but I do have a copy of an initial letter from me to the other person detailing the contract, plus my wife as witness to hearing what was agreed, other correspondence, and photos/video evidence.

The question is wether Barcelona cheat or not? First off, Barcelona don’t suck they play beautiful style (Total "Dutch" football if you know your teams history) but greatly enhance it with disgraceful theatrics. The same can be said of many other teams in many top leagues.

If you have to cheat to win or gain the advantage, then you are, in a way, admitting you are not good enough to do it with pure skill following the rules of the game.. after the Chelsea FC game in 2009, a Barcelona player admitted to handling the ball in the area and blamed the referee for not calling it… that is a disgrace, in other words if I cheat it is the referees fault for not calling it even though I know its against the rules of this game I love. Well if I rob a bank and get away, then it’s the police fault for not catching me and stoping the crime. Or if i cheat on my wife its her fault for not catching it…Obviously there is a difference to these comparisons but the logic follows the same. Dishonesty & corruption!
Anyone who defends this position of blame the referee not the player has no respect for the sport and only cares about winning at any cost. If you don’t suffer the losses then how can the wins truly be appreciated when won fair and square? If you are ok with cheating to win, that reflects character flaws in your person…dishonesty, corruption, etc. etc…

i just had to ask this question. when i heard that the americans had killed him at first i believed it, but then within hours they claimed they had "disposed of his body deep down in the sea where no body could find him". plus isn’t it strange that the hanging of saddam hussein took place on TV for everyone to see, but when it comes to bin laden they cant even give us picture/video evidence of his death. what do you think is he really dead? this is a open question to discuss this or any other celebrity deaths which you think are just not true.

Leader of the EDL was to face charges for assaulting a police officer, but video evidence found him to be innocent.
It was a cop that was saying how he was assaulted by Tommy, but it just simply was a lie.

Also who really is guilty of the section 4 of the public order act, all of MAC are just as guilty but never got charged.
The way i see it, it was MAC that provoked violence and they got it.

Well a police officer said he was assaulted by Tommy, but with video evidence the CPS had to throw the charges out of the window.
So the policeman was obviously lying.
Why would the charged be dropped if the guy was saying the truth.

What you seen was what he’s was facing charges over, that is the incident that happened.
@Catherin assaulting a police officer, and section 4 of the POA are 2 completely different things.
The police jumped on him, then arrested him, that’s it.
