And one of them is The US Navy Clam Lake, Wisconsin ELF transmitter facility, used to communicate with deeply submerged submarines as well as mapping deep earth tomography and many other purposes. This HAARP-Type Array is one of the 25 HTA’s that I spoke of in this video. It is situated 194.4 miles west-north west of Clintonville, WI. And spikes sometimes seem to originate from a direct trajectory of that facility.
